Quality & Documentation
Each lot is released against the specifications listed above. A Certificate of Analysis is issued with every shipment, and lot traceability records are available on request. We also work to custom specifications. If your process requires testing beyond the standard release panel, such as GPC molecular weight and dispersity, quantitative NMR, or a tighter purity limit, tell us what you need and we will quote it. Additional testing may carry additional cost and lead time.
This grade is supplied with MEHQ inhibitor at approximately 3000 ppm, higher than the approximately 1000 ppm carried by the other poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate grades. Higher inhibitor loading slows photopolymerization, so formulators working to a fixed cure schedule should account for it. Contact us if a lower-inhibitor lot is required.
